Will my wig blow off in the wind?

Ready to wear wigs generally have a fixing that allows you to alter the size to fit snugly which will make you feel confident that it will not move, even in the wind.

Can I wash my wig?

Yes, although a wig, whether human hair or monofibre will not get greasy or dirty, as with your own hair, it will however sometimes retain smells or go flat or lank. It will be you who will decide when it requires washing, you will know yourself. Washing is a simple process with ready to wear wigs as they are a baked in style and will return to that style when dry, however human hair wigs will require a similar styling to how you would have styled your own hair.

How long will my wig last?

This depends on the reason for your wig. People undergoing Chemotherapy will in almost all cases only require one wig, this will last throughout their course of treatment and also until their hair returns.

For people suffering from Alopecia, it is dependent on what type of wig, if it is a ready to wear unit then generally you would require 2, possibly 3 per year, however this is dependent on the individual, some people are able to look after them better than others. Custom made units although fairly expensive can be repaired by adding new hair as natural shedding occurs, hence extending the life of it, it is however, advisable to re-order a second one at some stage so you will have a spare when one goes back for repair. Full aftercare service is offered to you regarding careing for your unit.

Would I be better to have a Human hair wig?

For temporary loss, such as Chemotherapy treatment it is far better to have a monofibre one, it is cheaper and as it is temporary there is no point is spending unnecessary money when the ready to wear collection is so good.

For long term loss as with Alapoecia, the ready to wear collection is often all some Ladies need, however, there are Ladies who do want to be able to style their wigs, to straighten, curl even put up for special occasions, then I would recommend human hair as it gives them so much more scope to change the style.

Terms

Returns Policy:

You can return any item within 7 days of receipt in its original condition with all original packaging - for any reason. We will credit your card for the full value of goods returned less our postal costs as charged. We regret that we cannot accept returns of any liquid or consumable products where the item has been opened or unsealed. Please put a note with the package, of your order number as we regret that items returned without an order number will not be processed. If you do need to return any item, our returns address is:

For International Returns (ie. from outside of the EU) a Custom's Declaration stating that the goods are being returned, either for replacement or refund, must be included with the Shipment. We are unable to accept International Returns without this correct documentation.

Delivery Policy:

We will normally process your order within 24 hours, despatch may take up to 14 days. Delivery times for International orders will vary depending on the courier and distance. If for any reason our carriers are unable to deliver to the address provided (ie. no one available to sign etc.) we reserve the right, at our carrier's discretion, to deliver to a neighbour. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. We only ship to the card holder's billing address for security reasons.
